This appointment is designed for first-time guests and includes a personal tour of the studio, an overview of our wellness services, orientation on how to safely use our equipment, and setup of your remote door access for future visits. We'll walk you through the booking process, answer any questions, and ensure you feel comfortable and confident using your private wellness suite. This orientation helps create a seamless experience so you can relax, recharge, and get the most out of every visit.

When you book your appointment online, you'll automatically receive access through the Kisi app. Your appointment is linked to your Kisi account, allowing you to unlock the door during your scheduled session time. This self-service system provides a seamless experience with no waiting, no check-ins, and the flexibility to enjoy your wellness session on your schedule.

How is infrared different from a traditional sauna?

Infrared warms your body from the inside out — similar to how the sun warms you on a cool day — while a traditional sauna heats the air around you. The result is a deeper, more comfortable sweat at much lower ambient temperatures.

What is infrared, exactly?

Infrared is invisible light that you feel as gentle heat. It's a natural, healthy, and effective way to support healing, relaxation, and overall wellness.

How long is each session?

Both the Infrared Sauna Suite and the Red Light Therapy Suite are 60-minute private sessions. You're welcome to use the full hour or step out whenever you're done. Each suite also includes a vibration plate and a few wellness tools to customize your time.

Is there anyone who should NOT sweat?

Please skip the sauna if you are pregnant, on certain prescription medications, have a pacemaker, are taking blood thinners or have a hemorrhage / hemophilia risk, have sweated excessively in the last 10 hours, are dehydrated, are experiencing heavy menstrual flow, or have just eaten a large meal. Guests under 18 must be accompanied by a parent or guardian.

How often should I sweat?

For most people, daily use is safe. Many of our clients visit 1–5 times per week for relaxation, recovery, detox, and overall well-being. Consistency leads to faster results.
